small waterfall

With time to kill between appointments, I bracketed some shots to experiment in HDR...which I abandoned in favor of the Lightroom processing. Maybe I'm not intended for HDR, or the EOS 5D files are not for HDR, they all come out like Herbert Delano Roosevelt : ]

@Roman: Thanks Roman! I recently processed some Nikon D3 files to B-W for a friend, they were more contrasty [Tri-X] than the creamy Plus-X look I get from the 5D sensor. My favorite back in film days was Plus-X : ]

This is terrific (everything that I had expected). Again 1/6 sec. is just right; 5 sec., or even 1 sec., would have been too slow. Excellent composition.
